02 / Lane detail

What each lane includes

L01

Local run

Same-city work billed by the hour from crew call to final walkthrough. Travel to your door is on us inside [set your local radius].

  • Truck, fuel, pads, dollies, straps, wardrobe boxes on loan
  • Beds, tables, and mirrors taken apart and rebuilt
  • Minimum booking [set your minimum hours]
L02

Long haul

One truck, your load only, same crew loading and unloading. Fixed lane price agreed before the deposit, with a named delivery date rather than a two week window.

  • Inventory photographed at load, checked at delivery
  • Dispatch text with the truck position each morning
  • Storage in transit if the far end is not ready [set your storage rate]
L03

Office shift

Nights and weekends so nobody loses a working day. Desks and racks labelled to your floor plan, so Monday starts where it left off.

  • Colour-coded labels keyed to your seating plan
  • Server and machine moves crated separately
  • Certificate of insurance filed with your building manager
L04

Pack and crate

Full pack the day before, kitchen and glassware only, or timber crates built to size for the pieces that will not survive a blanket.

  • Paper, boxes, and tape at cost with unused stock credited
  • Crates for stone tops, art, tanks, and machines
  • Unpack and debris removal on request [set your unpack rate]
03 / Coverage

04 / Standard kit

What rides on every truck

No line item on your pass for kit that should already be in the van. If a crew turns up without it, that is a dispatch problem, not a surcharge.

Protection
Moving blankets, shrink wrap, corner guards, mattress bags, floor runners, and door jamb covers.
Lifting
Four-wheel dollies, appliance trolley, ratchet straps, forearm straps, and a ramp long enough for a raised dock.
Tools
Bed and table hardware bagged and taped to the frame, plus the drivers and hex keys to put it all back.
Paperwork
Printed manifest, inventory sheet, and the crew lead's copy of your pass with the access notes on it.
05 / Line items

Extras, priced one by one

Each of these appears on the pass as its own line with its own number, so you can strike any of them out before you sign.

X01

Piano and safe

Upright, baby grand, gun safe, or anything else that needs a skid board and four hands that have done it before.

[set your heavy item price]
X02

Storage

Vaulted storage at the yard between load and delivery, billed by the week with no minimum term.

[set your storage rate]
X03

Long carry and shuttle

When the truck cannot get near the door, a smaller shuttle van runs the gap. Flagged at survey, never invented on the day.

[set your shuttle rate]
X04

Disposal run

Whatever you decide not to take goes to donation or the tip on the way back to the yard.
